Our Development Lead has more than 20 years experience spanning Business Development, Transformation and Supply Chain Management (SCM). She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and has an innate flair for sales with a strong customer centric bias that allowed her to excel in various capacities in Sales & Marketing. In her role as country manager of one of the largest EMEA distributors for Cisco Systems, she led channel distribution strategy development, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and overseeing sales/growth expansion of the customer base and exceeding sales projections – steadily sustaining market share of over 80% and consequently leading to being awarded “Distributor of the Year”.
Bringing that customer-facing experience to SCM in progressively senior positions working with leading Canadian Fortune 500 Energy companies, she has extensive experience in leadership, strategic sourcing, governance and enablement, management systems and digital transformation. In these positions, she oversaw Master Data Management (MDM) strategy development and implementation as part of ERP transformation; designed and implemented an organization’s first SCM integrated management system, led the development and implementation of SCM corporate policies, processes, and technologies; and the management of key strategic categories where she was responsible for leading value creation initiatives.
She also has demonstrated skills in Change Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Business Process Transformation, Supplier Compliance, Planning, and Sustainability. Outside of her corporate experience, she has also acquired Board Governance and start-up advisory experience.
